Reviews figure 8 fitness12/31/2022 ![]() They always hug me and tell me how much they love me. My favorite non-scale victory involves my children. As soon as the music comes on, they come running into the room because they know what I'm about to do, and they're learning all the different names of the dances, particularly the “wiggle wiggle” from Figure 8. My main goal has always been to be healthy, to be happy, and to be a good example for my children, and doing Body FX has been a really nice way for me to kind of teach them how to have a healthy lifestyle. I would get out of breath, my knees would hurt, my feet would get really swollen, and I would eat to try and ease emotional pain. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism as well as my polycystic ovaries, and then after I had the children, everything just seemed to get out of control. Before Body FX, things were really difficult. I'm a single mother of two children, and I'm a teacher.
